Kim Martin, the owner of Investigative Services, has worked in and around the Criminal and Civil Court system for over 20 years. Martin has worked along-side attorneys and families in cases from minor theft to capital murder and from arrest through disposition. Her experience and dedication for the truth has ignited her with a drive and passion to uncover all things hidden. She has great understanding of how the legal system works and what evidence can be crucial to a successful disposition.

Absolutely, Our investigators are accustomed to working with the attorneys of our clients when it is necessary.
My ex and I have agreed in our Divorce Decree that we are not to co-habitat, stay the night, or have overnight company when our children are present. How can you help?
Our investigator will monitor by surveillance for up to four consecutive days to confirm a pattern of cohabitation. Video or photo evidence will be used during surveillance to show overnight stay. As with all our cases, we will testify at trial if requested.
What is needed for a PI to begin surveillance on a subject?
We would request you to describe and possibly provide a photo of the subject to be surveilled. In addition, to any information regarding their location, including home address, their place of employment, vehicle, and places they frequently visit. Once our investigator begins work, you will be informed as we gain information. When the case is finalized, we will provide you with a written summary of evidence along with any pictures or video’s we obtain.How much do you charge?
The cost of investigation depends heavily on the assignment. As much as we would like to give you a general estimate, the fees will be determined by the amount of time spent on your case. There could be additional charges due to out-of-pocket expenses while on surveillance.How soon can a PI start working on my case?
As soon as the proper information is received for our investigator to begin. There could be a delay in beginning a case due to certain holidays or weekends.
Will my case be confidential?
Yes. We treat all of our cases with dignity and respect. We take extreme privacy measures to assure your case is private. We will not share your information with law enforcement or attorneys. However, you can give your consent to release details to the authorities or testify in court if you wish.LET'S TALK
